Progress report 1st PHASE MarPlus 2

December 2025 progress update. Work continues apace on blocks 1 and 2 of the MarPlus 2 residential complex between Gandia and Gandia beach.
In block 1, the sloping roof has just been concreted on the first seven homes. Work will now begin on erecting the structure for homes 8 to 14. Our entire team of structural engineers is working hard to complete this work as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, we have started on the interior partition walls in block 2, now that the self-leveling concrete has been poured on all floors of homes 15 to 21. After the Christmas holidays, we will increase the number of interior partition wall teams and begin with the installations. At the same time, we will proceed to finish the sloping tile roof on homes 22 to 28. In these same homes, the slabs are being prepared with their preliminary coatings so that the self-leveling compound can be poured. In other words, the XPS insulation and anti-impact layer are being prepared on the first and second floors, as well as the XPS for the ground floor. Progress has also been made on the completion of the staircase structure.
