Award decree already issued, we start execution
In our new construction site in Gandia, the residential MarPlus 2, we have good news. Very recently, we have received a decree from the City Council of Gandia by which, it is resolved, "Atorgar llicència d'obres a Ganditec Developments SL, per a la construcció 51 habitatges adossats i piscina a l'av. de la Mar".
The granting of the building permit is a prerequisite to start the construction works of the new development. After receiving it, we have proceeded to present to the Gandia City Council the execution project, already approved, and the rest of the complementary documentation that allows us to proceed with the beginning of the construction of the first phase of the MarPlus 2 Residential. the beginning of the construction of the first phase of Residencial MarPlus 2.
Therefore, the technicians and the company have already signed the staking out act for the start of the works and, today on the construction site, the first excavation and land clearing works can already be observed. We thank all of you for your confidence in Ganditec, given the good reception and interest you are showing in MarPlus 2. In particular, the large number of customers who have already confirmed their decision to purchase through their reservations in this first phase. Both to them and to the rest of the future owners of the MarPlus 2 development, we want to provide them with full information on the status of the different stages and the progress of the works.
